Beachwood City of mulch now available to residents free mobile app For the past several years, the City of Beachwood has been producing mulch from the brush it collects from our community. Historically, the brush has been double shredded and used on city properties. For the second year, the City is offering mulch to residents for $2 per bag (2 cubic feet).
