Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford Wins Prestigious Award t was recently announced that Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford won the coveted 2014 Wolfsburg Crest Club Award, ranking among the nation's top Volkswagen dealers. Garnering this prestigious award means that Ganley Volkswagen has met the highest German standards for customer satisfaction, parts sales, new vehicle sales, certified pre-owned sales and service excellence. Less than 5% of VW dealers in the country win this award. “The Wolfsburg Crest Club Award validates everything the Ganley team has been building upon in terms of delivering top customer satisfaction, new and pre-owned sales, and parts and service excellence,” said General Manager Michael Friedman. “This is the highest award a dealership can receive from Volkswagen and we're proud to be a part of this prestigious group. You can always replace a car, but you can't replace a customer.” Friedman told us that this is the 4th year in a row the dealership has won this award and there will be a celebration party in June for current and future customers.
