On Sunday, March 15, the Chagrin Highlands Rotary Club (formerly the Beachwood Rotary) will hold its 23nd annual pancake breakfast at Orange High School. This highly successful fundraiser benefits both our local and worldwide communities with proceeds going to projects that help people truly in need. Rotary has now just about eradicated POLIO in the entire world. As a result of past pancake breakfasts, the Chagrin Highlands Rotary Club has been able to fund the following worthwhile projects: • Sports Challenge Unlimited (Held twice each year) • Water Pumping Station (For a village of 450 people in Bolivia) • Dictionary Donations (Annually) • Police and Fire Fighter’s awards (For outstanding achievement) • Medical Missions (In undeveloped countries) Rotary members will be flipping both regular and blueberry pancakes, and providing sausage and pure Ohio maple syrup. Hours are 9 a. m. to 1 p. m., March 15, at Orange High School, 32000 Chagrin Blvd., Pepper Pike. Tickets may be pre-purchased or purchased at the door for $7/adults and $5/seniors and children under 12.
