News from Menorah Park Center 4 Brain Health’s Support For Care Partners To help make your journey a little easier, the Center 4 Brain Health on the Menorah Park Campus is committed to provide support for individuals with concerns about their memory and thinking abilities, and their care partners. Care partners for individuals with memory and thinking concerns are invited to attend the Care Partner Support Group meeting on the second Tuesday of each month from 6 – 7 pm in the Center 4 Brain Health at 27100 Cedar Road, Beachwood. This FREE event provides an opportunity to connect with other care partners, share experiences, and receive information about monthly topics. Other classes offered at the center are fun and interactive, and are offered weekdays at 11 am. Monthly special events include “Bright Minds”, an adult coloring social , and “A Restful Mind,” a class centered on the importance of sleep. Spring semester begins on Monday, April 4, and features 18 different brain health and wellness classes including: • “Know Your Brain”, a brain basics and neuroeducation class designed for participants to gain an understanding of their brains from the inside out. • “Computer Brain Games,” a new class that trains participants to acknowledge the benefits, uses and limitations of brain games designed to support their brain health.
