Beachwood Residents Showcase Their Talent and
Merchandise at 11th Annual Unique Boutique
The 11th annual "Unique
Boutique," featuring a treasure
trove of talented artisans, will be
back at Beachwood High School
on Sunday, November 13, from
10 am to 4 pm. For a mere $3
admission fee, visitors are treated
to a unique shopping experience
as they view many distinctive
items, including jewelry, clothing,
ceramics, skin care products and
gourmet food items. It is a great
way to get a start on holiday
shopping or to treat yourself to
something special. All proceeds
from the event benefi t the
Class of 2017 Senior After Prom.
Among the 35-plus vendors par-
ticipating in this event, featured
here are three talented Beach-
wood entrepreneurs who will
be displaying and selling their
special, one-of-a-kind gift items.
In business since 2007, Sandie
Angart and her two sisters are
the creative geniuses behind
"Three Sisters Plates." These
individually-themed decoupage
plates, that begin as collages
that are hand cut and glued by
Sandie, became an instant hit
at her fi rst craft show. Although
her sisters are not involved
anymore, Sandie has worked
hard to expand the business
to include personalized coast-
ers, clipboards, zipper wallets,
bracelets and mirrors. Her dream
is to open a place where adults
with autism can assist her with
production of her products.
Meredith Rotsky started "Ohio
String Designs" about a year ago.
She cuts, stains and designs each
piece, and the time and eff ort
devoted to her craft are clearly
represented in the fi nal products.
All of Meredith's designs refl ect
Ohio pride, making them very
special gifts for those who love
the Buckeye State.
Amy Babbush is an indepen-
dent designer with Keep Collec-
tive. This collection of jewelry, key
fobs, tote bags and other items
welcomes the purchasers to think
about what inspires them, brings
them joy, or represents their
passions and then allows them
to design their selected piece
that refl ects their own personal
story. A gift can be created
in honor or in memory of
someone or can serve as an
inspiration for another. These
one-of-a-kind items capture
what is most important to the
individuals who purchase them.
Amy derives great satisfaction
through helping a customer cre-
ate something they truly love.
These three gifted Beachwood
artists, along with a number of di-
verse vendors, will be displaying
and selling gifts and merchandise
that you would be hard pressed
to fi nd at one venue. Please mark
November 13 on your calendar
to experience
this "unique"
shopping
opportu-
nity.
