Yom Hashoah/Holocaust Remembrance Ceremony On Thursday, April 16, at 2:30 p.m., Montefiore will commemorate Yom HaShoah with a Holocaust Remembrance program in Montefiore’s Maltz Auditorium. Special guest speaker will be Leon Silberman, Holocaust survivor, with cantor soloist, Cheryl Eitman. There will also be a lighting of memorial candles.
