A representative from the Society of Financial Advisers will discuss the 25 biggest money mistakes and how to avoid them. Great Lakes Light Opera Lecture How Opera Butchered the Bard: The Fraught Relationship Between Shakespeare and Opera Friday, April 24, 10:30 a.m. In this lecture, we will study the rocky relationship between Shakespeare on the page and Shakespeare on the operatic stage. A live opera singer will perform arias and similarities and differences will be discussed. Poetry Sunday, April 26, 2 p.m. Professor John Panza of Cuyahoga Community College will present a poetry program in honor of National Poetry Month. Shipwrecks of Lake Erie Monday, April 27 at 7 pm. Lake Erie has a long history of military and commercial vessels that have been lost in her waters. Erie Wrecks will share wreck types and their stories in chronological order. What is Hospice? Monday, May 4 at 2 pm. John Monnin, bereavement coordinator from Crossroads Hospice, will explain how hospice helps families cope with end-of-life issues.
