Fairmount Temple
Adult Cultural Arts
Series presents
"These Are the Good
Old Days"
with the very talented
Sheri Gross
Sheri Gross is an actress, director,
writer, and theater whiz who will
share her talents in a special show
on Sunday, Jan. 24 at Fairmount
Temple. A native of Rochester, NY,
Sheri started out as an actress in
New York City performing in sever-
al off-Broadway productions. But
it was an invitation 20 years ago
to come to Cleveland that opened
the doors to the Mandel JCC,
leading eventually to becoming
director of the JCC's Playmakers,
the Youth Theater program, which
produces five to six shows a year
for area youth.
Locally, Sheri has performed with the Musical Theater Project as
well as other venues.
Come hear what others are raving about and enjoy this show
featuring familiar songs so you can sing along if you wish. Her ac-
companist, Brad Wyner, is very active in theater and cabarets around
Cleveland as well as teaching theater classes.
Enjoy drinks and appetizers in the Foyer at 4:15 pm, followed
at 5 pm by the musical performance in Weinberg Hall. A delicious
dinner will be served at 6:15 pm, after the program.
For registration information, call Susan Namen at 216.464.0607.
Cultural Arts Series co-chairs are Bernice and Lloyd Goldman, Joan
and Mort Rogoff, and Ilene and Allan Schwartz.
