Programs at The Gathering Place
The Gathering Place is a caring community that supports, educates and empowers individuals and
families touched by cancer through programs and services provided free of charge. The programs and
services offered provide education and information, support, and ways to help manage the stress of
a cancer diagnosis. The Gathering Place has two locations in Beachwood and a location in Westlake.
Below is a listing of upcoming programs at The Gathering Place located at 23300 Commerce Park in
Beachwood. All listed programs require advance registration by calling 216.595.9546 unless otherwise

Life After Cancer Treatment
Support Group

A monthly group for those
who have completed cancer
treatment. Topics include:
fear of recurrence, managing
anxiety, work issues, long term
side effects, nutrition, exercise,
relationships and more.

To help make your journey a
little easier, the Center 4 Brain
Health is committed to provid-
ing support for individuals with
concerns about their memory
and thinking abilities. Services
are also offered to individuals'
care partners.
Care partners for individuals
with memory and thinking con-
cerns are invited to attend Care
Partner Support Groups on the
second Tuesday of each month.
The next group will be held on
Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 6 pm, Center 4
Brain Health, 27100 Cedar Road,
Beachwood. This FREE event
will provide an opportunity to
connect with other care partners,
share experiences and receive
information about this month's
topic ­ New Year, New You.
