at this event that attracted hundreds of attendees. 100 LEAVES is the culmination of a year-long effort of the Beachwood High School Marketing/Junior Achievement class, a group of 24 Excel TECC high school seniors from Beachwood, Brush, Mayfield and Solon. These tenacious students sold 37 six-foot-tall fiberglass beech leaves to businesses and organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. The exhibit, which was on display in the Beachwood Community Center, is now on display at Beachwood Place through June 25. Additionally, 45 nine-foot beech trees were purchased by businesses and will be planted on Beachwood City School grounds during the summer of 2015.
